This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving extrusion equipment and plant systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.

This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers and plays a key role in scheduling, data tracking, and internal coordination.

The Operator’s Assistant will support production operators in the day-to-day operation of extrusion and manufacturing equipment.
